Administrative Corrections Counselor I
Our Corrections Counselors are one of the main points of contact for our residents (inmates). This position will not have a caseload of residents but be responsible for the administrative side of entering custodies, disciplinary, good times, etc. They role model prosocial behaviors and act with dignity, professionalism and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Social Sciences, or Behavioral Sciences
* Valid Driver's License
Substitutions:
* 60 hours of college coursework including 12 hours in corrections, criminal justice, social sciences, or behavioral sciences AND one (1) year of experience in the field of adult/juvenile corrections or case management in social services.
* 30 hours of college coursework including 6 hours in corrections, criminal justice, social sciences, or behavioral sciences AND two (2) years of experience in the field of adult/juvenile corrections or case management in social services.
* High School Diploma/GED AND three (3) years of experience in the field of adult/juvenile corrections or case management in social services.

Base Pay $24.48/hour
