The Accounting Specialist position is part of our Business Office.  This paraprofessional position is not only responsible for the review of financial records to ensure compliance with account principles and standards, but is also responsible for payable and receivable, reconciliation of various funds, employee travel reimbursement and more.

Minimum Qualifications:

* 1 year in Accounting/Auditing Support

     ~Education can be substituted.

* High school diploma/ GED

* Valid Driver's License

* Must be 18 years old

* Pass Pre-Employment:

     ~ Background Check

     ~ Drug Screen

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience with QuickBooks software and knowledge of governmental accounting and fiscal administration.
